Loop System
There is a Hearing Loop in reception for use by people with hearing aids and the building has been designed and decorated to make it easier for people with visual problems. We have a disabled toilet and baby change facilities.

Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are welcome at the surgery but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.

Request an Interpreter/ Translator
Interpretation services are provided by Language Empire. If you need an interpreter, please ask when you speak to the Care Navigator or in your E-consult request.
If you need Somali or Arabic interpretation, Samira from the Sirona Health Links Worker Team is based at Wellspring Surgery on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

Car Park
Blue badge parking spaces are next to the building. There is a drop off/pick-up only bay outside the building gates.
Access to the building
There are no steps from the car park to the building. The main doors to the building are automatic. If they are ever closed, the doorbell is on the left hand side of the door. Doors in the clinical corridor are built to enable wheelchair access. The lift is located to the left of the main front door when you are in the building.
Reception and clinical rooms are marked with yellow signs and contrast black writing.
Bathroom facilities
Accessible all gender bathrooms are located on the ground floor at the far end of the reception area on the left and upstairs at the end of the mezzanine level on the right of the building.
