Navigation is a system used by our receptionists to ensure that you (the patient) are directed to the most appropriate clinician or service to help you. This may not always be an appointment with a doctor but could be for example to visit a pharmacist or contact another outside agency or specialist.

In order to ensure they can offer the best advice they will ask you questions about your symptoms and self treatment and note this on your record. They will then offer solutions using guidelines and protocols set by our GP partners in the most appropriate care.
