Wellspring Surgery is pleased to be part of the Early adopter scheme on the NHS England Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag Project.

The aim of the project is to ensure that reasonable adjustments for patients are coded in the clinical record and that with patient consent these can be shared with health and social care partners to improve patient experience of accessing services.
